Abimbola, you can add a simple coil made by winding 50 turns of any thin magnet wire over a ferrite core, and add in series with your power supply positive line, and check the response. You can also try adding a 0.1uF capacitor after the coil towards the remote control +/- supply leads.
I am only assuming this might work to stop interference between the two remote Transmitters using the same power supply...but I am not entirely sure, only a practical test can prove the results.
